Frustrating Problem
In 2019, our founders were working inside a large digital agency managing accounts across fashion, FMCG, and real estate. The problem was clear: real estate is fundamentally different — longer sales cycles, RERA compliance, NRI buyers, site visits, crore-level ticket sizes — but it was being treated like any other product.
Campaigns were built by generalists who didn't understand why a buyer in Dubai cares about a project in Pune, or why keyword intent for "2BHK in Whitefield" is completely different from "flats in Bangalore." The results were mediocre. The developers deserved better.

We walked away and built Soocialhaus with a singular mandate: only real estate, always. No FMCG. No fashion. No restaurants. Just property — from affordable housing to ultra-luxury townships, from Tier-2 cities to NRI markets in Dubai and Singapore.
